Huquqi is a technology platform designed to provide users with legal services, information, and tools. The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence technologies to generate certain responses or content, or to assist in the delivery of its services.
The services and information provided through the Platform are intended solely for informational and guidance purposes. They do not constitute legally binding legal advice or a definitive legal opinion. Furthermore, use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between the user and the Platform, or between the user and any lawyer, unless established under a separate agreement.
The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence technologies in certain aspects of its services. By using the Platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to the following:
The outputs generated by artificial intelligence may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors.
Laws, regulations, and judicial rulings may change over time.
The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it.
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of all outputs.
The use of artificial intelligence features is at the user’s own risk.
The Platform shall not be liable for any decision, action, claim, loss, or damage arising from or resulting from reliance on outputs generated by artificial intelligence.
The user agrees to:
Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Not share their account with others.
Not use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform.
Not use the Platform to harm others.
Not upload any documents that they do not have the legal right to use.
The user must not:
Hack the Platform.
Reverse engineer the software.
Copy or resell the Platform’s services.
Use bots or automated programs to extract data.
Train any artificial intelligence model using the Platform’s content or data.
Copy or republish the content or databases without prior written consent.
Impersonate any person.
Publish any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Platform, its owners, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The Platform shall not be liable for any errors resulting from data provided by the user or from services, websites, or systems operated by third parties.
These provisions do not exclude any liability that may not be excluded under the applicable laws.
The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity of its services; however, it does not guarantee that the services will operate without interruption, delay, or technical errors. The Platform may suspend the services temporarily or permanently for maintenance, development, or any other legitimate reason.
The user shall be responsible for all activities carried out through their account and shall promptly notify the Platform upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorized use.
If some services are paid, the user is required to pay the disclosed fees before accessing or using the service.
The cancellation or refund policy, if any, shall apply as announced by the Platform.
If the user’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform results in a legal dispute or legal claim against the Platform, the Platform may seek compensation for damages, costs, and legal fees in accordance with the applicable laws and judicial rulings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All rights related to the Platform, including software, databases, designs, logos, trademarks, content, texts, and images, are reserved to their respective owners.
Copying, modifying, reproducing, selling, or exploiting any part of the Platform without prior written consent is prohibited.
The Platform may contain links or services belonging to third parties, and it assumes no responsibility for the content, services, or policies of such third parties.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in line with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
The user agrees to receive all service-related notifications via email, text messages, within the Platform, or through any contact method provided to the Platform.
The Platform may suspend, cancel, or restrict any account upon suspicion of violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or breach of applicable laws.
The Platform shall not be held liable for any delay or interruption resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, interruption of telecommunications services, government decisions, or any similar circumstances.
The Platform may modify, add, or remove any service, feature, subscription, fee, or content at any time.
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights related to the Platform are reserved, and it is prohibited to use or exploit them without prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The Platform’s failure to exercise any of its rights shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
If there is a translation of these Terms into another language, the Arabic version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The competent courts in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in relation to these Terms or the use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Platform regarding its use.
For inquiries, complaints, or feedback, the Platform may be contacted through the official communication channels announced on the Platform.
All content on the Hoqoqi platform, including software, designs, databases, content, texts, interfaces, trademarks, names, and logos, is protected under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all rights are reserved. It is prohibited to copy, republish, distribute, exploit, or use any part of the platform to develop competing services, train artificial intelligence models, or extract data from it without prior written consent.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and you also agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
